Our warehouse staff are highly educated and will package the goods according to our precise and exact specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be thoroughly inspected and secured. The warehouses are located situated in Europe just as they are in USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
