Simpson Strong-Tie MSTCM medium masonry strap ties are designed for wood to masonry applications. The MSTCM40 features a G90 galvanized coating which is not designed for use with treated lumber and should not be used for exterior applications.
- Use all specified fasteners (NOT included).
- Attaches to grouted concrete block and wood framing.
- Minimum end and edge distance for Titen® screws is 1 1/2″.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
