Expansion Joint Roofjacks, are commonly used in transition walls, parapet walls, stepped roofs, corrugated metal roofs, roof penetrations, expansion joint and skylight applications. This versatile product is made of EPDM 9″ wide Gray ozone resistant linear flashing. The sides are encapsulated with EPDM rubber expandable metal. Rolls are 9″ wide and available in 3′, 12′ and 33′ lengths for your custom projects.

Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
