The CCQM Column Cap for GFCMU and Concrete Piers embedded column cap is designed for use in raised pier foundations and applications where heavy beams rest on concrete or concrete block columns. The heavy-gauge beam seat and unique Simpson Strong-Tie SSTB anchor bolts provide the high uplift and lateral resistance needed to help resist high-wind events. The CCQM is intended for use along a floor support beam and non-corner locations.
- Install 1/4″ x 2 1/2″ Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws (provided) in all round holes. (Lag screws will not achieve the same load.)
- Screws are configured to provide high uplift design values
- Certified welds provide confidence in strength and loading
- SSTB offset allows flush installation to edge of pier
- SSTBs spaced to fit standard CMU cells

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
