Simpson Strong-Tie HUC hangers are heavy duty connectors designed for schools and other structures requiring additional strength, longevity and safety factors. Most models can be installed filling round holes only, or filling round and triangle holes for maximum values. The Strong-Tie HUC3.25/12 face mount joist hanger features a G90 galvanized finish for corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
- Use all specified fasteners.
- HU/HUC – can be installed filling round holes only, or filling round and triangle holes for maximum values.
- With 3x carrying members, use 16dx2 1/2″ (0.162″ dia. x 2 1/2″ long) nails into the header and 16d commons into the joist with no load reduction. With 2x carrying members, use 10dx1 1/2″ (0.148″ dia. x 1 1/2″ long) nails into the header and 10d commons into the joist, and reduce the load to 0.64 of the table value.
NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values

Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
