Simpson Strong-Tie HUSTF hangers are heavy duty 14 gauge top mount hangers. These series of hangers are not acceptable for nailer or welded applications. HUSTF has the double-shear nailing advantage – distributing the joist load through two points on each nail for greater strength. The Strong-Tie HUS28-2TF top flange hanger features a G90 galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
Installation:
- Use all specified fasteners.
- Not acceptable for nailer or welded applications; see W and B hangers.
- With 3x carrying members, use 16d x 2 1/2″ nails into the header and 16d commons into the joist.
NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
