The Simpson MSTCB Pre-Bent Strap is a pre-bent strap designed to transfer tension load from an upper-story shearwall to a beam on the story below.
- Use all specified fasteners.
- PSL beam may be used in lieu of a standard-dimension lumber beam with no load reductions.
- Multiply allowable loads by 1.85 to attain an allowable load for installations where two straps have been installed with a 1 1/2″ clear space between straps.
NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
