The Simpson Strong-Tie PHBC is a zinc-plated powder-actuated assembly designed to secure highway baskets in road construction. The PHBC assembly consists of a powder-actuated top-hat fastener attached to a basket clip. The PHBC is for high-volume applications and is designed for fastening into common road-building materials. These highway basket clips work best with Simpson Strong-Tie powder-actuated tools but are also compatible with many other competing tool brands.

Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
